Phil Royal remembered

…forever in our hearts!

Today we pause and remember a significant person in our community. Phil Royal’s legacy is evident in so many areas of our community and schools. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to not just know Phil but have him share his vision for our community and schools. One of those visions is the Emergency Medical Technician program at the Crystal River High School Academy of Health Careers. That program now named the “Phil Royal EMT Program” has and will continue to provide life-saving training and careers for our students and service community, state and country.
